can you use the GK 112MBX as a standalone cab?

i know the Gallien-Krueger 112MBX 1X12" Bass Extension Speaker is an extension speaker, but a couple user reviews said you could use it as a standalone cab. anyone here able to do that? if so, how does it sound - does it have some of the GK voice?

GK's website doesn't list this cab, so may be discontinued... or just not listed.

Yes it is a 100 watt 8 ohm extension cab. It works as a standalone cabinet with your amp.
