Desktop or phone, when I try to add a photo to a post, it fails. On my phone I tap the icon on the toolbar, then select my photo to upload, then insert. Now it won't upload, so I can't insert. Same issue on desktop. Drag and drop on desktop also fails. I haven't changed anything, and photos are well within limits (~3MB and 3024 × 4032 pixels).
Curious if I've hit some kind of user quota, or if there's some other known glitch? Thanks in advance.
