Can't renew subscription!

Hi,

I tried to renew my subscription twice using my credit card and got this error each time.

'The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.'

Any suggestions?

I responded to your help desk ticket yesterday - let me know if you didn't get the response and I'll resend.

Regarding the security token error: are you running Firefox 3.6? If so this is a known bug, that downgrading to 3.5.8 will fix:
