RIP, I do miss The Cap'n! One of the most fiercely original musicians to EVER emerge from anywhere. I have fond memories of trying to turn friends of mine onto Beefheart, out of that bunch, 3 became fans over time (can still remember laughing my ass off at their reactions to tunes like "Ella Guru", "Hair Pie Bake 1", Harry Irene" and "Suction Prints") Had one now ex-friend that used to ridicule me mercilessly for liking Beefheart
