Well I did say:" that might cover all possibilities".

Seems like the buyer screwed up somewhere. We tested them at my house through my DCML 2000 sounded fine.
600w each - and I'd not put that much into mineFor what are those cabs rated? I can't believe it is nearly that high.
.Carvin makes a combo amp that has the BX500 watt head going into the 2x10" woofers and a tweeter, its a combo amp that's 300watts RMS at 8ohm. Now if you add an extension cab its 500watts total going into 2 speaker cabs, the 2x10's and what ever cab you add. So they make it so the 2x10" speakers only handle 300watts max, then adding an extra speaker cab you get the full 500watts going into the 2x10's and another 2x10" extension cab for example, which is pretty good. IMO I would not plug a B2000 watt head rated 2,050 watts max into just the 2x10" cab by itself to use, thats too much, because your going to want to turn it up as loud as it can go to see how much the poor little 2x10" can handle, then pop, nothing. It just can't handle that much, if you were to have put both 2x10" cabs into the B2000 that would have been safer. I still have an older Carvin Pro Bass 150watt combo amp and it comes with the 200watt single 10" woofer and I blew that years ago just cranking it up all by itself. So I threw out the 10" speaker and mounted a Carvin 600watt 15" woofer in there instead, now its just a pretty decent little 150watt combo amp with a 600watt 15" woofer, to take around places just to fart around with, that's it.Any suggestions as to what would cause twe cabs to suddenly just cut out? Set up is Carvin B2000 into two 4ohm Brx 10.2 neo cabs. Would there be a fuse inside.

Cables? Like the first cable in the daisy chain
Sound to me like that head smoked both cabs at once.
OP needs to say "tough cookies" IMO. No doubt in my mind that the buyer smoked 'em...OP, you need to ask the buyer more questions and/or troubleshoot it yourself.
I've been using the same 2000W head to power my Walkman headphones.

I've been using them for years through my carvin DCML 2000 power amp , sounded great, and thats how the buyer tested them out at my house , could he have simultaneously blown all 4 speakers ? Wouldn't they make some kind of sound ?
