Carvin LB70 vs HH Ray and G&L L-2000

I have owned all 3 (well my Carvin was a BB-75, but same electronics), and I have stuck with the G&L, because even though it doesn't look as nice as the other 2, it is more versatile, and is the only one that will cut through the mix in my 11 peice funk band. Also, you can run it passive and still use the tone controls. All 3 of these basses are well constucted.
