cellphone dead sound

how do you get this sound? is it ll bout the steinberger bass?

there was a post a couple days ago where he said:

"On Cellphone's Dead, it's mostly the sample during the verses & choruses, I'm just playing straight bass underneath it for support. You hear the Steinberger only in the intro/bridge/outro."

ya this has been asked before and the sound you're hearing is keyboard with clean bass(by justin) underneath.

However it's way more fun to play the keys part on bass with a clean signal blended in
