Hi Everyone, I have a problem, I need to change the fourth string E flatwound bass on my Bronco but I'm having trouble finding the single string. Can anyone help me by pointing me to a website? Thanks! (Sorry for my poor English language)

In what continent are you located? There might be an online store more convenient to you.

Also, what brand of flatwounds / what specific set, if you remember or still have the box?

I live in Italy, the brand of strings I used are D'Addario and Adagio, the set is 50/100 but I already tried and I didn't find. Anyway, the brand is not important, it's enough to find the string. Bye and thanks!

Per le Adagio in effetti fai prima a prendere una muta intera.

Le D'Addario Chromes singole si trovano, per quanto care. Il prezzo migliore (considerata anche la spedizione) che ho trovato è qui:

- viva a Ferrara o dintorni, nel qual caso prendila qui
- voglia apettare che torni disponibile su Amazon (ma mi sembra di capire che ti serva al più presto).

Naturalmente sono corde per scala lunga e dovrai installarle con attenzione, perché rischiano la rottura, sul Bronco (per scala corta sarebbe meglio ma è raro trovarle singole), ma se hai montato le Adagio significa che lo sai già.

Considering this wouldn't be a middle string but a low E - which goes dead faster than the rest - changing it is actually a good idea, and they would eventually balance all right.

Grazie tantissimo per le informazioni, ho cercato anche su web site italiani ,e singole ho solo trovato G o D per cui credo che andrò su Amazon dove posso acquistare le Ernie Ball FLAT che mi sembra abbiano un prezzo competitivo oltretutto sono scala corta. Grazie ancora tantissimo!
