changing el34 to 6550 on a orange od-120

Has anyone experience on this item?
What adjustments have to be made?
What would I gain in the low end?

orange od-120 (1978)
fender bassman cab (with 4 celestion 12 inch 8 ohm 100 watt speakers)

setup sounds great missing a bit low and amp is walking from the cab.
