changing my gauge

I am interested in the same thing as the D and G seem to be a bit thin sounding on my Warwick Thumb 5. Perhaps I need to EQ a bit better on the amp and I tend to play fairly hard. I'm playing mostly blues, country, oldies like Stones, Tom Petty, Motown/Stax stuff. No slapping style much these days.

I have been thinking that heavier gauge strings from the current DR sets (Hi Beams and Lo Riders) I've been using (.045, .065, .085., .105 and .125). I like the sound of my B at .125 and my E at .105 and the A is ok too at .085. The D and G need more beef, more fatness

Any suggestions?
