Charlotte NC Instructors?

Checked google, craigslist, and thumbtack with no luck so far.

Music stores don't show many bass instructors. It's looks more like guitarists that teach bass.

Any thoughts?

I have the same problem in my area. The one guy who said he could also teach bass was just going through David Overthrow's book, which I already have the complete set.

There's only two places listed on gOOgle Maps:

You will probably need to get connected in the scene. Go see some local bands & ask where they learned. Ask the local luthiers.

There a re very few dedicated bass teachers at Music stores.
Guitar teachers double as bass teachers.
If you really want a bass teacher look aorund the colleges
with music programs.
