Double Bass Cheap Secrets?

Hey everybody. I'm playing and will probly always play my spirocores. I love the sound on my amazingly old Czech bass just the full sound and the fat size of the string with my fat a@$ hands. But something I don't love is the price like all bass players. Just looking for a sale or just cheap prices, where is a good place to pick up some strings maybe at a cheaper price? Just always lookin. Brian

Mabbe you´d get Thomastik give you some free sets, if ya put their sticker on yer bass. Sounds like you could make a pretty cool promotor.

That's what I've been tellin um lol. Maybe I could wear a hat or a shirt instead. The whole sticker on the bass finish I'm a lil iffy on lol.
