Point: It's not a Fodera Yin-Yang bass. It's not even a knock-off Fodera Yin-Yang bass. It's a prop that on stage sort of LOOKS like a Fedora Yin-Yang bass and costs a lot less.

Exactly. Just because it is a poorly executed knock-off does not make it any less of a knock-off.

could you please explain what it is that makes this bass not a knock-off but a prop? Do you actually believe they were so far off the real spec deliberately and could have got closer if they really wanted to produce a knock-off instead of a prop?
It's a poorly executed copy. Nothing more, nothing less.

Well we can all argue half a day over where the dividing line between a knock-off and a prop is, but in my humble opinion that dividing line is that a knock-off makes an attempt to sort of approximate the qualities of whatever it is. Sure not perfect, but in general the idea would be that someone without a ton of cash would be able to pay less and sort-of have the experience beyond just the look. Obviously a knock-off will not be a perfect copy in any sense, but there is an attempt to try to get some of the sound/feel/whatever sort of like the original. A prop on the other hand only LOOKS like the original. It's just there for show. NO attempt is made at all to try to even approximate anything but the look (and that at a distance). That's how I see it. My SX jazz basses are knock-offs. They aren't real Fenders but they not only have Fender shapes (except for headstock) but they sound and play very similar (or even better). My AK-47 guitar is just a prop. It's great for a laugh, but only a minimal effort was put into making it a playable instrument. Yes, it does play, but that's it.
