And it was a steal. Thanks, Nino. Can't wait to play it.

Deharma,

Absolutely gorgeous.

I can't wait to get mine which is in progress.

Sorry couldn't resist the opportunity to post some pics.

A couple of questions for you guys. Does Nino fill orders for guitars? My guitarist has been looking at a warmoth forever, but couldn't do it himself, and for some reason, I never thought about Nino until just now. Also, if you guys dont mind me asking, how much does Nino ask? I would love to have my own soon, but don't know how much I would be able to pay, and would aslo like to know how much he would charge for the guitar if he would do it.

Unfortunately, I don't build guitars.

If you have questions about pricing, please email me and/or visit my website.

Beautiful bass man. I really want a bass made by Nino. I'm about to email him specs for one just to look at pricings. If the price is right then I may put in an order by this summer. If they're higher then I wanted, then I'll wait a little longer. We'll just see.

By the way, does your bass have a 24 fret fretboard? None of the pictures had a clear view of the whole board, so I couldn't tell, but thats how it appears.

Those "Big Singles" look pretty interesting, how would you describe their sound? They're humbuckers, right? While I do like the look of Jazz basses I've become so used to humbucking pickups I'm sure the hum of single coils would drive me mad.

i haven't seen that headstock on a Valenti before (blue one). i like it.

That blueburst finish is really what sold me, and this turned out to be a case of some guys trying to snipe an eBay auction from me, which, especially in this case, was a serious no-no!

Sadowsky pickups and pre on a bass that my photographer girlfriend and the graphics designer at the newspaper where I work both said was absolutely beautifully-finished?

I'm sold, and you couldn't have outbid me if you TRIED!

The Blue bass is parts I bought (neck and body) off of jja412 and I put it together.

It's kinda a "Valenti" (Warmoth neck and body, HipShot, BAII, etc, built by me) but it's not really a "Valenti". In any case, it's a great bass. :)

I know there were some questions about my Valenti 5.
However, I don't want to hijack dharma's post.
hopefully I will get some updated photos, and open a new thread. Mine is about a week from completion. Meanwhile,
dharma enjoy.
