thanks man!! We had a pretty basic recording setup; we rented a house in New Hampshire for a week, cleaned out their living room and set up some stuff. Recorded through a Mackie mixing board.

Listening to the first song. I like it- It kinda reminds me of some old Smash Mouth or something like that, except it doesn't totally suck. Bass is funky as hell, the keys are cool and your singer has a distinctive voice. I dig it!

On hearing your first track, I immediately thought of my Belgian friend Fabien Van Der Stappen, who put out 2 albums in the 2000s as Fab. It's not the same by any means, but your first track's mix of early blues sounds and modern production reminded me of his fusion of old and new. He also used Hammond organ, as your band did on a few tracks. So it was fun to learn on Wikipedia that your band is also from Belgium!

What is it about Belgium? Must be the North Sea blues. :)

Disclosure: I played upright bass on both of Fab's albums (I Didn't Choose the Mood, and Incursions Ostentatoires). If curious, you can hear sound samples on CD Baby. To my everlasting shame, our track Orgasmic Blues was also included in the cult hit compilation "Heavy Breathing, volume 1: The Sounds of Sex". Some day my children will find it, and think less of me.

Edit: Oops, looks like there are two bands named Goose. Wrong one! Never mind all that Belgian talk. Just reminiscing.

wow man, i really appreciate your feedback! glad you dig it. and much thanks for spreading it via the social media! We definitely get some confusion every once in a while with the european goose haha. I'll have to check out some of the Fab stuff, i def will in the next few days and ill get back to you.

I had a lot of fun with that solo. Put a stereo delay on and put each of my cabinets on either side of a large room with a mic on each...made for a cool effect. Thanks again man!
