Check out this cab

So, just wanting to see if anybody has ever seen one of these. A buddy of mine who works at the local Guitar Center let me know about it today. It has two 10" Black Widows in the front. It's a folded cab that has four 12" drivers in the ports. So a 2x10 + 4x12. The cab is a GK. I'm not sure if it's just a modified cab someone threw together in a GK box or if it's some kind of vintage GK cab. Same size as my Ampeg 810. It sounds incredible. I had to buy this thing, and for the whopping price of...$60. Yes $60. Anybody know anything about it?

Chances are it's a home built. It should sound better lying down, so the tens are vertical, though that will be a PITA on smaller stages.

Looks like its home made,use to see Sonic and Peavey 18's subs like this.Looks like some one added the center section with the speakers.

GK made a cab like that waaaaaay back in the early days,..only had one 10 in front though, with a whizzer cone. I had one for a while with the old black plexi faced head. Can't remember what the model was right now though. It was early 70's I believe.

Edit: The head was a GMT,..the cab was marketed with it if I remember correctly. So yes, looks like someone modded it to 2 10's, unless there was another similar cab they marketed around the same time. History lesson for the day.

Speakers look like Peavey Scorpions but the cab looks like a old 18 folded horn

Here's a little better view of how it's set up, kind of hard to tell in the pic. I originally thought it was a 610, but there are four 12" mounted on the inside. It's a sweet cab.

Yep they're Scorpions (if they're Peavey that is), Black Widows don't have the aluminum (?) basket.

Sweet cab though, and you can put me down on the "I'd have bought it for that price" list too.
