First time i seen this i was amazed... was this guy like a slap bassist before our what?! Can someone identify him?!

I saw this about 2 years ago and it still blows me away when I watch it today. My WM player identifies him as Justin King, if that helps at all. I don't know if it's right or wrong, but I guess it's a start.
