Cher! Last night in SA a review

After awful I35 traffic we get it and are rewarded with an amazing show!
How does this lady never age?! She is still jumping around in the dance routines as well.
Starting out with a blue hair ensemble.
Highlights are when she sings with Sonny on the screen -Beat goes on and of course "I got you babe"
Holding down the low end was Ashley D with great green hair and a good beat.
IF this arena show comes through your town go!

yeah, you're right: she has maintained some 'timelessness'...she looks good for a boomer ( :D ) --- almost as good as cliff! ;) glad you had a good evening of fun watching/listening to an icon of pop. i'm also glad to hear that she's still got what it takes to deliver a great show! now i have hope! :D

my band worked with her and sonny at the ohio state fair in 1967 (i think): i remember that we thought they were a hoot (always arguing with each other with the foulest of mouths), but they had their stuff together at showtime, and they delivered! also: we didn't think their duo schtick would last, but that our blue-eyed-teen-soul would win out in the "units sold" count....i guess i could say that didn't turn out as expected.

Hi James,

Wow. I hope I'm still gigging when I'm 80 years old (well, OK, Cher is 73), and look that good. Maybe without the blue or green hair though. ;)

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

She still looks pretty good for her age, I remember watching the TV show back in the day and being star struck by the outfits she wore. So exotic and beautiful.
