I'm usually the bah-humbug person during this time, but I finally got tired of everyone being so offended by that, LOL!
Oh wait, just last week I mentioned that xMas is not celebrated worldwide & right away someone swooped in to argue that it is, oh well.
I still change the station on the radio (in my vehicle) immediately when it's one of those tired old xMas songs, but we've embraced it at home when they're on TV.

Looks like you guys will have snow for christmas? If so, enjoy it with your kids!
Over here we will stay away from family.
My brother in law' s kids will have to chose the colors of "our" christmas tree balls via zoom.
Last year my niece decided to have black! See above (took me four weeks to find them)
I wasn't surprised about her choice. Her dad plays in a death metal band.

There's a caroling challenge on broadcast TV tonight, we'll be tuning in, but I put the xMas 'tree' on the floor to deal with my printer.

'Thanksgiving' is called 'thursday' here in Europe.
Our crazy uncles will show up for christmas!!!

Thanks, man! I'm ridiculously blessed.
No snow for us. We get about 1/4" every January. That storm went north and west of us.
We're doing much smaller Christmas this year. Usually we have about 60 at my family gathering and 45 on Mrs.Fingers' side. This year it's 11 and 9. Aunts and cousins and whatnot will have to wait until next year.
All of the kids in the extended family are doing a Zoom meeting in the morning.
Merry Christmas to you and yours. Here's hoping there's only a little more weird left.

I was thinking the same thing. I went for a walk not planning to pass this house, but when I realized how close I was to it, I had to stop by.

This is an excellent read, and it also includes original storyboards, production sheets, bar sheets, and background sketches.
A lot of work went into "A Charlie Brown Christmas," and considering the fact that it's traditional drawing-by-drawing animation, they didn't have a lot of time!
