Yet another great story for me here on Talkbass.com - a few weeks ago I started the folding bass/japan thread about my difficulties with my czech-ease. Within a week Paul W. had put me in touch with Pacman, and just last night I relieved him of his Chrissy in exchange for a little piece of paper with some numbers on it. I must say I'm blown away by this instrument - killer sound, growl, clicks, and tons of character. It really sounds like a 100 year old bass. I feel like I have an instrument I'm going to be with for a long time. Thanks talkbass!
...I'm also aware that Pacman has a reputation as a frightening badass on the boards, so I'll skip mentioning what a great friendly guy he is and just tell you he beat me up and took my lunch money.
