Okay, I'm really pissed off right now because I feel like all little things I learned when I played clarinet I've forgotten. Namely chromatic scales.

What are they? What is the format? You know, root, 3rd, 5th, 8th...

There's only one, play from C to C a half step at a time.
  3. How can there be only one?
One would expect 12 unique scales, no?
    (E to E'. B to B' etc etc)

They're all the same notes, though!! ;)
  5. I didnt think of it like that...

OK, so why is it a C Chromatic?

Why not an E? All the notes are the same :p

Probably making a fool of myself, but hey! Not terribly important either.. but some general knowledge is cool.. ;)
