I have already learned Greensleeves, and Moonlight Sonata.
Anything else I should look out for?

+1000 one bach. Buy the violoncello suites (the one said by Michael Jewels) great for sight reading and every line is a finger exercise.

i love grabbing my simandl etudes for db and sitting down with that on electric bass. will give you a whole new appreciation for positions, reading, the fretboard, and left and right hand technique.
