Just wanted to get y'all opinion on my neck. I took it to 2 well know luthiers around here and they said it was fine. The clear didn't take we'll near the first fret which I here is a common problem. They said that if or until it chips its fine and they can fix it at that time.

Clear trying to lift should I worry

Materials like carbon and graphite need to be extra clean before applying any type of finish. There was likely a bit of dust on the bare material that is now causing the lift. Nothing to really worry about, just a cosmetic issue.
