It is hard to believe that there are 12 of you who find clicks from a pedalboard maddening enough to be compared to an eldritch horror.
that's NOT the case with relayed true bypassed pedals.Also bear in mind that electronically-switched pedals've likely got buffered bypass, so they can't be used before vintage fuzz pedals.



But mechanical parts are much more likely to fail than electronics. Especially parts you tread on.Bear in mind that a soft switch is more likely to be an electronic switch rather than a mechanical one, so more parts to fail.
If you are talking about clicks through the amplification these don't fix that problem though.that's NOT the case with relayed true bypassed pedals.
