This bass just came back to
the shop today! Tom Barney didn't have it, it was in Japan, and actually was lost during the tsunami.. It's in perfect condition, and is now gonna head to TB... It's a heavy one, just like he likes it!

That's amazing! I remember he mentioned a bass getting caught up in the tsunami but I didn't know it was this one.

Exactly... The black one at bPL was a LG5 classic supreme TB- which is available...

I think "Tom Barney" is an option you can put on any model. Like I want my LM "Tom Barney-ed."

You are right. The specs are:

- 18mm Hipshot brass bridge only ( there are no 18mm Vintage 5 bridges yet for Jimmy's basses),

-Slightly slimmer neck width and nut width to match.

-Smaller pups than standard AC pups to match the spacing also. They are still made by Jimmy in- house.
