Tom, I'll probebly be doing a bit of a set up on it for the show, George wanted me to check it out anyways.
Very cool. I love that. In fact, Mitch, I think it should just be a rule for you to have the final word on all my basses from George. :hyper: Besides, I'm looking forward to having yet another photo of you playing one of my basses. :smug:

Lol, I'd be lucky to even play all your basses!

We'll take the pics, I'm sure there's going to be quite the montage when you get them all in....;)

WoW!!!! Dakota red?

Yup Dakota Red.... Love the way it plays and feels. Compared it with an LG5 today and the neck on the Resurrection feels really slim.

They both sounded great but the Resurrection IMHO sounded slightly more alive unplugged. Amplified they were very similar. (LG was in passive mode)

As I mentioned earlier the noticeable difference so far is the slimmer neck and body.Loving it so far....... :)

Just a note to say I'm still LOVING my AC EUT5. It's getting "old"-ish now & I'm really liking the nitro finish wear on the body. JUST starting to get checkered & a few worn patches.
It's a 70's pup spacing with primavera body & maple board(nice birdseye), from about '03 (???? can't remember-must look at the neck plate!!!), but definately a NYC build.

These are old pics, but here's the 2 basses I had at a gig last night
The AC EUT5 & Lakland LOG P5 I'll try & get some pics of the checking in the nitro body finish asap

I have other stuff; so I use other stuff...but everytime I pick this up, I'm reminded of what a great bass it is.
I've used it for the last two gigs, and never picked up the second bass I brought with me.
