I read recently that if the Woods divorce, Tiger's wife is entitled to around $300 million in the settlement.

For those numbers, I bet I could convince Mrs. DKB fairly easily! :spit:

Just got two new F Basses in that are special orders, but it's the first time I've seen George's new gig bags, the Protec bag. These are seriously nice bags!!! It's gotta be the nicest gig bag any bass manufacturer is using. Way to go, George!

I didn't realize your AC6 was being refinished. WOW!

The first thought that came to mind was, "Oh my goodness that is a long time to do without your AC6." My AC6 would have a 2nd magnetic pickup installed if I could have parted with mine for any amount of time.

My second thought was, "Shipping from Australia to Canada and back?! Wow, how much did THAT cost (and what is it in U.S. dollars)?"

My third thought was, "Yeah, but I bet his bass looks great."

I was thinking of you when my fretted AC6 arrived and I was tempted to open it and play without letting it adequate acclimate to the house.

Congratulations on a project that had to be hard for you to do; it would be for me.

Don't mean to derail this thread, but I'm looking for a case like this for my AC5 and BN5 (not my AC5 pictured). It's a custom one apparently made by now defunct Modern Case. I think it's beyond cool.
Does anyone know who makes something like this now?

(1) I don't know that you can derail a club thread, since club threads are for anything remotely related to the club topic -- or anything you'd want to discuss with club members I guess.

(2) That is a "beyond cool" case for sure. Sorry I don't know of another way to get a case like that.

(3) Please post a photo of your Fbass(es) so we can all drool, and you can get a club number! :cool:

(4) The current cases aren't as contouring, but are very functional and attractive:
