As you can see in my avatar picture I own a very early (around 1987) BN6 Neck thur It was apprised in or around 2000 at a "replacement" value of $6182. Buy George's brother.

Just passed by FBass to pickup "Thor, the king of all AC6 basses". I had the bridge changed for a 17.5mm and the ramps and pickup covers covered with their hardest varnish. I thought adding some oranges i to the collage for the photo below. As always, amazing job by George, was excellent to see Marcel, these guys are great.

Good morning, that I don't know, but it does not look like any of the Hipshot products I've seen. I think is theirs as it is pretty similar to the one I had before. I think (might be wrong) that FBass had their bridges made for them.

Attached is a picture as it was originally. This is back before George had pre-amps! I loved the bass but was really not happy with the original pickups. Maybe if they had pre amps back then things would be different. After ordering the first set of emg 45p available I twisted George's arm to put them in. I also played a new bass he had there and got him to remove the frets on mine and re-radius the neck a little flatter and he then install I believe stainless steel (?) frets. What ever they are he said they will never wear out. He did all the work for $350! About a year after that emg came out with there pre-amps so I installed the BTS system, updated the bridge and tuners and that is were we are now. I do not have any idea were the grey control knobs came from either.

I don't know what it is called, but the "reverse S" style of the fingerboard as it ends is really gorgeous. VERY nice bass! Welcome to the club!
