Club Sadowsky!!!

HI

Recorded this track a couple Sundays ago. Christian tune with the guys I play with at my chuch gig. Singer wrote it. Cool, catchy tune. I recorded using my Metro PJ5. One track from an Avalon Di and the other from a SVT(Dont know the model). I kinda like the tone but I feel the engineer kinda scooped it out being hes used to recording Emo and Punk outfits. Overall, came out good. Comments?

Rob

Great tune with some slick production. Bass track sounds great!

Fixed it for you. :)

Rob, use the "SOUNDCLOUD" tags (a picture of a white cloud on an orange background in the advanced editor) to get your clip to show up in your post like I've done for you here.

But as others have said, really nice track! You can totally hear that Sadowsky cutting through beautifully in the mix... great tune, great mix. Thanks for posting!

You should do the same on the Sadowsky site, too. :)

HI

Thanks to all. I need to burn a copy and listen on my home stereo or car. Seems scooped thru my computer speakers. I appreciate the feedback. Post on the Sadowsky forum? Whats that? Oh yea, im a moderator and didnt even think of that. Knucklehead.

Robs recent post of his band inspired me to share a few clips with you. They were recorded with a Sadowsky Vintage 4 ( Morado/Alder) through an Ampeg B 100 R. These clips were done live off the floor in the studio that Dave Chappelle filmed his show in Harlem, New York. We recorded there in August 2005 so they still had some set from the show up.

Enjoy !

That's actually VERY typical of a LOT of car systems. DO NOT consider that to be a good reference!

IMHO. :)

Just listen through some really nice headphones or speakers attached to your computer. Even better if you have a pretty nice reference audio system at home and you don't have the tone controls goosed or some other weird audio profile selected that does the same thing.
