We are aware. Trying to get everything back up to speed for our users.
Typically not, but they did have some website issues, so that may have played a role. General rule of thumb is that if you don't hear back in 48hrs, call the shop direct. Is sadowsky customer service lacking? They had a bass I wanted to buy and send them Email and there was no replay. Disappointing the bass I have being looking for it was sold.
I think JR (@deepestend ) mentioned, a page or so back, that they'd been having trouble with their server.
+1 to calling them. A few months ago I called, wanting to speak to Peter about my build, and Roger himself answered! They're good about picking up the phone, IME.
I do agree a call would had being better but because the time difference, they were closed, so I wanted to send them an Email to at least let them know I was super interested until they would open in the morning but by the time I took a look to their website the bass was long gone. So I send another Email to confirm if the bass was still available and no one replay.
Agreed, this setup really packed a punch and covered the large-ish stage surprisingly well (I was just using that single 210 Berg cab). Honestly though, It was not really plug and play: I had to do my homework to avoid either being boomy or clanky in other venues.Sadowsky + Streamliner = yum
