Thanks. The Sandberg bridge is probably the least intuitive bridge and saddle system I've ever come across. This is the first bridge that didn't have micro-adjustments for intonation.

Will the torrification of the wood make it a better- or worse sounding instrument? In all likelihood it will change the sound. With brass instruments cryogenics supposedly does something different, changing the cellular structure of the metal. HOWEVER, with cryo, and I found that what it does is bring out the natural characteristics of the metal and thus the instrument. In my PERSONAL experience with cryo, I had a beautiful Yamaha trumpet that was a little on the bright side. After cryo, it did bring out its natural character... and in doing so made the instrument strident. I sold it shortly thereafter.
My second experience was with torrification. Some time ago I played two of the same Martin Acoustics side by side. One had their version of a torrified top (forget what they called it) and other did not. The non-torrified guitar sounded better to me.
Vibration? It might increase sustain, but won't change the tone all that much. I own a Tonerite device and put it on my two Taylors. 200 hours each. One was a brand new, out of the box 814ceDLX and the other was a 2011 614ce. The vibrations did improbe the 814 a bit but did nothing to the 614. These are of course hollow body acoustic guitars and the vibrations didn't have to penetrate and change much thickness of wood.
My Sandberg probably did not have these processes and sounds great and has sustain forever. Maybe it did, but i'm not sure. I'll have to ask. However, my other basses sound great and have really great sustain and did not undergo the processes. So, I'll remain a skeptic. At least for now.
