I have a request- if anyone has either a Lakland Hollowbody or Decade in any variety, PLEASE bring it/them. Been dying to try one, and never have.... even when I went to Bass Central, they had neither!!
Count me in as of now. My dad has been planning a father/son OSU vacation, and this gives us another good reason to make the trip.

Surely there's more than 15 people who can make it? Maybe people aren't reading the GTG section of TB? I know I rarely do.

That won't help much if people aren't actually looking at that area of the forum.
But when you come to Talkbass, unless you have the basses/effects/etc. subforums set as your homepage, you should always see the Home Page. Right?

I live outside Columbus but I don't know what a GTG is. Just checking out each other's instruments/amps?
Just like TB, but youre in person, using each others stuff. We are a cool crowd, no need to be alarmed.

The GTG stands for Get-To_Gether. Not sure if you got the reference.
It's more than just getting together to check out gear, it's fun to put a face to the person behind the computer, swapping stories, and just talking bass.

I'll bring my Valenti, of course, and my GK rig with my Avatar cab. It's really all I've got anymore but it'll still blow the doors off pretty much anything. I hope 82Daion brings that STR 6 string again. That thing smokes. I could've played it all day at the Cincinnati GTG.
