I'd recommend the Hartke KB15 500W Combo. (After trying the Hartke combo range all lined up)
Has a 15" speaker
Around 200-maybe 250 watts RMS (Reliable Mean Sound)
Plays nice clean bass using a variety of basses including Semi Acoustic EB2, Various Fenders, Active basses like Warwick Thumb and Alembic 5's and Fender 5's. Has a nice growl when turned to 5 and starts purring if you like that sound.

Mesa walkabout scout has beautiful tone. You can find them pretty inexpensive used. They are a bit in the heavy side but gigable in many situations

With the availability of the micro bass heads that I’ll fit into your gig bag you might consider a high quality single speaker enclosure. So many options to choose from.
I have a Bag End 10” and use a Quilter BB800. Super portable and it sounds amazing. The Bag End cabinets are great. I also have my beloved MESA 4 Ohm 12”Scout Combo.

I would go with an Ampeg RB-112. I love mine and it sounds really good.

Or get the Ampeg RB-115 for a bit more $. A 15" speaker and an extension speaker output so you can add another if necessary/desirable.

I second HotelX's comment. Really great tone. They are heavy so if that's an issue, look elsewhere. But I've been very happy with what that combo gives me.

Yeah this might actually be the best if you don’t have to haul it around a whole lot

I like my Markbass CMD-121P pretty well. It’s easy to schlep and plenty loud enough for my purposes, has flexible enough eq and a good, full sound, though it doesn’t have the heavy duty low end of my old Ashdown 15” rig.
