Communicating with banned users

Hi Mods,

I bought an item from someone. Between the time we completed the transaction and the time my item arrived he was banned. I posted feedback and wrote him a note--will he get it? Can I also still receive feedback for the transaction? I don't have a long TB track record of feedback (even though I've been buying and selling online since the mid 1990s) so it would help to have a positive in my column….

it just happened to me. I just bought and transfer made a payment by Paypal. So after that his member status is Banded member. So what's it ?
What should i'm gonna do ? I'm worry about if he not send the bass to me.

If you paid via paypal you have the email address to communicate with them.
If they don't send the item you can claim via paypal, unless you paid via 'gift' option (which is why we recommend people don't use that type of payment)

Of course, the paypal address is no guarantee either. In my case, the guy sent me a bum pickup and disappeared from the internet. At least it was just a used pickup....
