I feel the same way. As long as I like the sound of a recording, I usually don't care how it's produced.I dig bass and guitar and even drums. I like to see live bands perform. I like performing live too. But I confess I rarely care how a song on recording is created.
Same. I have seen folks perform with 1 person and a laptop and even if I like the music it doesn’t hold my attention. But tools in the studio are fine with me. But if samples the length of a measure or longer that were lifted from someone's else's songs are used, artistic credit and monetary compensation should be given to the original artists and songwriters. Not saying that's what Morgan Wallen did; I'm referring to those who do use samples of others' work.
