Double Bass concerto: Koussevitzky vs. Tubin?

which do you guys prefer? any thoughts? Btw, I' ll be playing the koussy for the panel exam in school for this semester. And which makes a better recital piece? thanks guys

I don't know what your goals are, but you can get a lot of mileage out of the Kous because you'll see it more often on audition lists than the Tubin. Just a thought.

well, I plan to do both. But I am planning to start with the Tubin right after playing the koussy for my exam. I really love both pieces, but I am wondering which would do better as a recital piece, that's why I need some opinions hopefully.

other recommendations for a concerto from the same period(s), or later, more or less? thanks!
