Resolved conversation e-mail notification

I am getting notifications of receipt of new conversations, but when I go to the page, there's no conversation. I'm not sure if it's notifying me of an entry from 3/18 or something new that's just disappearing.

Interesting. It's an email notification? Does it have the conversation text included? Maybe you can paste the email contents or forward it to me?

@paul, this is an older thread but, I didn't want to start a new one. My email alerts have stopped functioning, last email alert was received 17 Jun.

It looks like on June 16th you may have accidentally hit the "spam" button for a TalkBass email. This causes our email sender (Mandrill) to put you on a temporary "Rejection Blacklist" so that no more emails are sent.

I've removed your email from the blacklist, so you should start getting emails again

Paul apparently I've done it again, though it coincided with the iphone app removal. Can you remove my email from the black list again please? And no I don't have an iphone and only get on here from my dell pc.

I'm an idiot. I did it again. This time I was trying to clean my mailbox out and sent some notifications to spam instead of trash.
Can you remove my email from the black list again please? Other than me being more careful, is there a way to prevent this happening again?

Sorry nothing I can do - it's a safety mechanism to keep our send rating good - each spam complaint goes against our record. I'll take you off the blacklist again

I lied, there is a whitelist option I just found. Ok your email is now whitelisted so spam complaints will not blacklist your email. Just be careful not to do it too often... haha

FYI I think I found the root of the problem. I received an email from this address "trending(at)talkbass(dot)com" dated Dec 13, that went straight to my spam folder. Since you put me on the whiteboard this didn't affect my normal notifications. Thought you might like to know.
