I actually did steal it...your gallery of beautiful pictures of that beyond-cool bass... and added them to the slide show that rolls across the screen 24/7...I put them up front so I might get a glimpse more often! Gorgeous!

I"ve had several pms asking me if i'd sell it but must report that I'm going to hold onto it and give it a good run and see it if fits my life. If I do decide to put it up, I'll post a note here.
I'm taking it for a professional set up (I'm good with Fenders, but not these bridges) and should get a real feel for what it can do. I'm loving the medium scale so far.

I checked really closely in great light and it looks like JimC is right, hand painted pinstriping! I'm going to try to track down the artist.

Looks like he signed it at the end near the bottom strap pin, anything like that anywhere on yours?

Eh, after comparing some of his stuff with your bass I don't think it's him.
