The other night, I saw Patterson Hood (of the Driver-By Truckers) live. Lydia Loveless opened solo, on electrric.
Patterson was backed by Lydia on bass (her first instrument), Jay Gonzalez on the far left on guitar and keys, Brad Morgan on drums (both from the Truckers), and on the right Ben Hackett--I wasn't familiar with him, but he played keys, guitar, sax, clarinet and flute!

@bgartist : I can't quote your message since it's inside the quote of my post. But you may be right. Thundercat posted that pic with Ayers' music over the top, right after Ayers passed, so I thought it was him.
