I just remembered seeing author Tom Wolfe speak at the L.A. Library circa 2004 when he read from his novel "I am Charlotte Simmons."
"I am Charlotte Simmons" concerns sexual and status relationships at the fictional Dupont University. Wolfe researched the novel by talking to students at North Carolina, Florida, Penn, Duke, Stanford, and Michigan. At the reading, Wolfe, then about 75, recounted standing in the corner at college frat and sorority parties so as eavesdrop on contemporary lingo. I remember laughing at the notion and imagining frat boys asking, "Who's the old man? He's very clean."

She still gets pinched and groped on occasion by overeager fans, which is why she wears that dope fighting ring.
Wonder what show this is from. If it's east coast (NY area) there's a good chance I was probably in the crowd
Howard Morris(Earnest T. From Andy Griffith) and Janet Waldo(Judy from the Jetsons) did the voices.
The Violent Femmes did the song as part of a cartoon covers album by various artists released in the '90s called Saturday Morning: Cartoons' Greatest Hits.
The cut-ins are from a promotional video for the album featuring Drew Barrymore.
