Good grief! Does the strap outweigh the bass?
I think my strap is pretty cool. It is a Getm Getm, and most of those are pretty corny IMHO, but when I saw this one for sale, I had to have it. I've been using it for the last couple of years now, and that's visible![]()

I stumbled upon a leather company that makes custom guitar and bass straps called Brookwood Leather. The owner, Bob Schell (its a one-man operation) made a 5-part YouTube video showing him making a strap from start to finish. He goes into detail on most of the items and techniques used and I found it quite interesting.
