for me, it is:
1. Steve Harris' Sparkle Blue/Mirrored PG/Maple neck
2. Lake Placid Blue/White or Gold PG/Maple neck

though I haven't seen one in person yet, the Cherry Cola, or Cola, or whatever colored new ones look pretty swanky

I like almost all of them. Personally, I don't care for black finishes and relic jobs, but just about any other P is cool with me. Jared's old blue five string is smokin' hot!

My favorite is the fiesta red/tort/rosewood pino p. I'm having a custom one built from Callowhill that should be done around September. It's gonna be a 5 string pino clone with a matching headstock. Tim from callowhill does amazing work. He also has an interesting spin on the p bass pickup position. Since all you guys are p bass lovers, what do you think this pickup configuration will sound like?

Ah, sorry, I thought it was yours things like this make me want to buy a natural MIM p-bass, take it to a carpenter and tell him to go nuts my old man loves that kind of thing- he'd probably fund the project!

I'm partial because it's mine, but when you assemble bits and pieces from basses stretching from the 50's-80's you get what you like.

I like both of these P basses, but the black one is my fave. the SB one now sports ashtrays and a a tort PG and has been getting a lot of playing time recently.
