I have a new Bass guitar a Pbass from Cort i really like the finish and the sound of it i think this is FAR better that the Pbasses of Squire anyway I'm thinking of replacing the pick-ups what pick ups are there in the market that is Good in Pick playing and at the same time CHEAP! :)

All are wonderful passive pickups, but they do cost half of your brand new bass (which is surely better than a Squier Vintage Modified Precision, to name just one you probably thought about)

So I suggest you Tesla... take a look on their site, then look for nearest retailer who sells them.

I experienced Tesla Corona 4SF soapbars upgradin' Fleabasses and VRB3 split pickup on Squier Matt Freeman Precision basses

Another cheap pickup, more on the clear side of the spectum, is the EMGhz, but then, with an already clear soundin' agathis body, maybe the bass could sound too "in your face".

You know the sound in your head

Cheers,
Wallace
