It's an important topic. We, as a community, really ought to have an open and honest dialogue about it.

I have eaten it probably six or seven times in the course of my life and enjoyed it every time.

But it also seems like it's maybe made for eating about half of the portioned amount I ate? Like, I'm realizing now that I have never had anyone explain to me the proper dosage. I occasionally buy a quart and then eat like 3/4 of it over two days and then I never want to see it again for 9 or 10 years.

Use to love it, but couldn't eat it for about 20 years after working at a dairy for a summer in my teens. Just the thought of it made me nauseous.
I've been enjoying it again for about 5 years or so now. I like mine straight up.

It's not something I'll actively seek out regularly, but I've been known to enjoy it on crackers occasionally, usually with a dollop (delightful word, that) of blackcurrant jam on top.
I'm definitely gonna try Mister Monroe's lasagne idea, though.

Interesting side note:
My TalkBass US-based spell-check refuses to acknowledge lasagnE as a correct spelling.
Now, unless you folks that side of the Atlantic are just using one sheet of lasagnA in the dish, someone oughta get on to somebody about this.
It's no wonder the rest of the world thinks Americans can't spell properly.
