"County Line" Cass McCombs

Hello Justin,
I think the album Wits End by Cass McCombs is staggering in its simplicity and I really love most of the music he's put out, but the song County Line really stands out on that album.
I was happily intrigued to notice that it was you playing on it and I was just curious as to the circumstances that led to you playing on just that song and not any of the others. Care to talk about it?

Just a really nice live session at Sound Factory Studio A. I played on a couple for him, it was such a pleasure. His producer Ariel is a buddy of mine. After that record, we went on to do the Blood Orange thing.

Cass's album came out so well - what a writer he is.
