125th time? All the cover bands I’ve been in always seemed to play it (yes, I did it when it was new. We opened for Tommy Tu-tone at the Back Room in Austin, TX). Agreed. Glad you all are having fun with your gigs, but these lists are exactly the reason I stopped gigging. And yeah, I know “it’s what audiences want.” I just don’t want to be part of it anymore.Pretty hard to find a band here with a set list that isn't done to death..be it an 80's set or a soul funk set.
It's not very inspiring..
Looks like a Doctor Uke gig/song list.I play bass with a 35 person ukulele group that meets regularly to play together. The setlist of 18 songs is chosen ahead of time by the members from a master list of song sheets the leader provides. We also gig six or more times a year with a different setlist each time. There are about 287 different songs in the master list. (I tried to paste the entire list, but it added two extra carriage returns between each line, so I took screen shots.)

Exactly. I did what any self-respecting bass player would do. Fire the drummer!H.T.F. can a setlist of covers be proprietary?
