That is highly unlikely. Apple sold 10 Million iPads from April to June in 2023. They reliable or Apple wouldn't be able to sell them. Even so, You back it up. I recently replaced my iPad, it was simple as it did all the restoring from back ups of the previous iPad, including my user data.
You should look into getting an iCloud account to back up your songs you create. Backups are a good thing.
Backups are also needed for Digital mixers to save all the presets.
Backups are a way of life, even people with analog mixers tend to carry a spare.
+1 on the Behringer Flow-8 being a good mini digital mixer. It also doubles as an audio interface for and PC or iPad.
