Yes, it is Rick Springfield. This was a band promo photo for the Australian band Zoot and their first EP "4 Shades Of Pink".
Beeb Birtles (born Gerard Bertelkamp) was the bass player and went on to form The Little River Band.
So .. that's what a band would look like if every member played the Keyboard

Matching outfits and toothy grins!!
Was in a country band and the girl booking us wanted us in matching outfits. Me and the drummer said no so she said at least white pants and black shirts. I showed up with white Bermuda shorts and a black silk Hawaiian shirt covered with giant blood red orchids. It was my first time in public in shorts (it was hot as blazes) and my first time in a giant flower shirt period.

I didn't see any TBers but there was one TBer who did make the rounds on social media a while back... naked in the woods. We had our own celebrity for a while.
Pic 1 second from left looks a lot like me. I showed it to my wife and she was amazed at the resemblance. It is not me, of course.
