Crossover frequency

Currently, I've been setting my crossover for the FOH system at 100mhz between the subs and the mains. Today I just got a new crossover and I'm wondering if I should set the frequency crossover higher than 100mhz. What are others setting theirs at?

100 hz works for me.

What subs...what mains?
100hz is a good starting point with most systems but depending on what cabs you have there may be a better setting.

4 EV subs 18" and 15"

2 yamaha 215 w/horns mains

So your mixing 18" & 15" subs?....
Not the best idea as they both need to be EQ'd differently.
What models are they??

If you are using them with a Yamaha S215 series cab I would probably just use the 18's and set the crossover more towards 80-90hz.
I would also make a -6db cut around 400hz to help clean the mud up that develops in that 215 cab.
