Crossover question

I'm about to get an already done DIY head, so i was wondering if it's possible to add a crossover with freq. selector knob, since I'm dealing with the DIYer and I can biamp my cab and don't want too much of my very lows into the 10''.

Are you using all full range speakers, or are you using LF drivers combined with mid range drivers?

+1 biamping would be better seved with dedicated subs for the lows, and specifically designed mid drivers for almost all the rest. Using regular full range bass cabs is a whole 'nother thing. What cabs, exactly, are we talking about?
